Bert Adams Scout Camp

The
pack will be attending the 3rd weekend of Spookyree 2016 at Bert Adams
Scout Camp in Covington, GA. We will be meeting on Saturday October 22nd
by 9AM in the parking lot of the Bert Adams Scout Camp. We will have
activities planned for Saturday daytime, we will camp overnight, and
depart camp Sunday the 23rd after lunch.
After setting up our
camp we will break up into groups to participate in the various
activities throughout the day. We will also plan on allowing for "Family
Time."
Cost
$25.00 per Scout (The Pack will cover $10 !)
$12.50 per Sibling (over 5yrs)
$3.00 per adult (An adult must be accompany each Scout/Sibling)
1) FOOD / DRINKS :
We will prepare our own meals/snacks (Sat Lunch, Sat Dinner, Sun BFast,
Snacks) and provide our own drinks. Once we have a final list of
attendees we will coordinate and assign food/drinks as a group. Please
note, we are not planning to provide breakfast Saturday morning, please
plan accordingly. Our hope is that we can enter camp and start getting
setup quickly, so that the Scouts have a full day of activities.
2) TENT / SLEEPING BAGS :
Each family will need to provide its own tent / sleeping bags. The Pack
has one extra tent, and a few sleeping bags to offer. If you can help
by sharing an additional tent / sleeping bags, or need to borrow, please
contact cubmaster@pack931.com.
3) HALLOWEEN COSTUMES : As
part of the event Scouts and Siblings will have the opportunity to go
Trick or Treating on Saturday evening, and costumes are encouraged. If you can help by sharing an additional costume, or need to borrow, please contact cubmaster@pack931.com.
4) CAMPING SUPPLIES :
Within each Den, we will be discussing camping preparation as we
approach the event and each Scout will have to take part in the
preparation. We will coordinate with the attendees to ensure we have all
necessary supplies. The Pack has a couple of camping stoves, lanters,
and general camping supplies.

5) RESTROOMS / SHOWERS : Restroom and shower facilities are available at Bert Adams Scout Camp.

* Admission cost allows for camping on Friday night if anyone is interested in camping both nights please contact
cubmaster@pack931.com.
* If you register independently, you will not be guaranteed a spot with the pack, please confirm your attendance with cubmaster@pack931.com in order to guarantee you will be camping with the pack. You must confirm registration with Cubmaster by October 18th to guarantee a camping spot with the pack.
